How Much Does Personal Training Cost?
Package prices will depend on the number of sessions per week, and the number of weeks you train for. You can pay either in advance or in monthly installments. Please check out my services for more information.
What Happens at the End of My Program
At the end of your program you will be given the option to continue training and increase the number of session per week you perform. You are not locked into any long term contracts
How Do I Schedule Sessions?
Once you sign up, you will be allocated a regular time slot to train which will remain yours throughout the duration of the program. If you cannot make that session that week, assuming you give me advanced notice, we can re-arrange and schedule your session for an alternative time.
What Kind of Results Can I Expect?
What Happens if I Have To Travel?
If you have to travel through the course of the program, you can either perform additional sessions in the weeks before and after your trip, or you can simply extend the length of the program by the number of sessions you have missed.
Do I Need to Join A Gym?
To train with me at City Athletic you need to either be member, or you need to have a PT only Membership (which is cheaper than a regular membership can be canceled at any time), or you can purchase guest passes for each visit to the gym.
