I’m a Level 4 qualified Personal Trainer, certified Nutritionist, and a Sleep, Stress Management and Recovery Specialist with over 10 years experience coaching clients in the City. During that time I’ve helped over 150 people reach their health and fitness goals. I offer one to one coaching programs that deliver incredible results in as little as three hours a week. I’ll make sure you show up, work harder and progress faster than ever before. How much does personal training cost?
Package prices will depend on the number of sessions you do per week, and the number of weeks you intend to train for.
Do I need to be a member of a gym?
Yes. To train with me you need to either be a member of 24N Fitness, or pay an additional guest pass fee to use the clubs facilities.
How do I schedule sessions?
You’ll be allocates a regular set of slots each week and they will be booked in via the My PT Hub app. If you for one reason or another you need to train at a different time we can find alternatives.
How often should I work out with a personal trainer?
There is a minimum committment of two personal taining sessions per week, but the number of sessions you do will be determined by your goals, budget and level of committment.
What kind of results can I expect?
Your rate of results will depend on a variety of different factors such as your age, gender, starting weight, training experiene and level of committment. At typical rate of weight loss ranges from 0.5 – 1.5kg per week – depending on the factos listed above.
What happens if I have to travel?
Most clients choose to pause their sessions and do either more sessions before they go, or more sessions after to make up for the lost time. Alternatively, you can train online via video link.
